Neil A. Hyman is the President and Chief Executive Officer of NSIGHT Enterprise Software. Mr. Hyman is an accomplished IT executive with 20 years of hands-on information technology experience within the financial services and consulting sectors. Mr. Hyman's breadth of technology expertise includes proprietary software development, systems integration, infrastructure deployment and operations management, strategic technology planning and technology research. Mr. Hyman has worked in major financial services firms for the past 15 years and has extensive knowledge of the investment banking and capital markets businesses. Prior to founding NSIGHT Enterprise Software, Mr. Hyman held senior management positions within the information technology divisions of Morgan Stanley & Co., Societe Generale and American Management Systems, Inc.

Mr. Hyman holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University, an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University and a Series-7 registration with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).

Jeff D. Lewis is the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of NSIGHT Enterprise Software. Mr. Lewis is the principal architect of NSIGHT's software products and oversees all of NSIGHT's software development activities. Mr. Lewis has extensive experience architecting and developing enterprise software solutions for the financial services sector. Prior to co-founding NSIGHT Enterprise Software, Mr. Lewis was the founder and President of Acradyn Financial Solutions, a leading provider of specialized software solutions and consulting services to asset management and investment banking firms. Prior to founding Acradyn, Mr. Lewis was the lead architect and software engineer for Triene, Inc. where he led the successful development of its next-generation financial analysis platform. Prior to joining Triene, Mr. Lewis spent six years with FactSet Research Systems where he was the product manager of FactSet's portfolio analytics and web technologies group.

Mr. Lewis holds a B.B.A in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa and a Series-7 registration with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).

Charlie Frumberg is the non-executive chairman and a principal advisor of NSIGHT Enterprise Software. Mr. Frumberg is currently the founder and Managing Partner of Emancipation Capital, an event-driven hedge fund focused on publicly-traded enterprise software companies. Mr. Frumberg has over 25 years of executive management and enterprise software research experience at SG Cowen, UBS and Mabon Securities. Before founding Emancipation Capital, Mr. Frumberg was the Co-Head of Equities for SG Cowen Securities Corp., a leading investment bank specializing in technology and health care. Prior to joining SG Cowen, Mr. Frumberg was the Director of Research at UBS Securities and for four years, their lead software analyst. In 1997, under Mr. Frumberg's leadership, Institutional Investor magazine selected UBS as the number-four Global Research Firm. Mr. Frumberg sits on the board of Trilogy Software, a well-known leading enterprise software company and is an advisor to Vista Research, an independent equity research company.
